1. The service

Vaultd identifies collectibles from photos you upload and provides market value estimates compiled from public listings and recorded sales. Vaultd is operated from Australia.

2. Valuations are estimates

Identifications and valuations are automated estimates, not formal appraisals, grading opinions or financial advice. Actual sale prices depend on condition, authenticity and market demand. Always obtain a professional appraisal before buying, selling or insuring items of significant value.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant Vaultd a licence to store and process them to provide the service, including improving our identification and pricing systems. We do not sell your photos.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed by Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Free-trial subscriptions can be cancelled before the trial ends at no charge.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no scraping, bulk-automated access, reselling of data, or uploading unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), Vaultd is provided “as is” and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on estimates.
