What we collect
Your account details (name, email), the photos you upload, the resulting identifications, and standard usage logs. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
How we use it
To identify and value your items, maintain your collection, process subscriptions, and improve the service. Item photos are processed by AI providers (Anthropic) solely to perform identification. Aggregated, non-personal pricing data (e.g. “this coin type sells for $X”) powers our public value guides; your photos and personal details do not appear there.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use your photos for advertising.
Storage & retention
Data is stored with our hosting providers (Australia/EU/US regions). You can delete your account at any time from the app, under Account → Delete account — your photos, scans and collection are removed with it. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
